- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), loyalty tier.
- Renewal data: product details, photos you upload, condition notes, tracking references.
- Reward data: store credit balance, expiry dates, redemption history.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, QR scan events.
2. Why we use it
- To run the Savvy Renew™ programme — receiving items, grading, issuing credit.
- To send transactional emails (account, renewals, credit reminders).
- To improve our products and prevent fraud.
3. Lawful bases
Contract (your renewal & credit), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement), and consent (marketing emails — you can opt out at any time).
4. Sharing
We share data only with vetted processors: Lovable Cloud (hosting & database), Resend (email delivery), and our shipping partners. We never sell your data.
5. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. Renewal records are retained for 6 years for tax & warranty purposes. You can request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
