These terms supplement our Terms of Service and apply to every renewal you submit.
1. Eligible items
- Originally purchased from All Things Savvy.
- Marked renewal-eligible on the product page or QR tag.
- Clean, dry, and free of bonding glue or chemical relaxers.
2. Submitting a renewal
Start at /renewals/new. Members enjoy free Freepost returns; standard customers can use a prepaid label or drop-off.
3. Grading
- Grade A — gentle wear, fully restorable. Highest credit.
- Grade B — moderate wear, suitable for restoration or our Collection.
- Grade C — significant wear; donated to charity partners or retained for R&D.
Grading is at our reasonable discretion. We share assessment notes in your account within 14 days of receipt.
4. Store credit
- Issued in GBP to your Savvy Wallet upon assessment.
- Redeemable against any product on atsavvy-renew.com.
- Credit expires 12 months after issue. We email a reminder 14 days before expiry.
- Non-transferable, non-refundable for cash.
5. GiveBack
Items not suitable for resale may be donated to vetted charity partners. You can opt out during submission.
6. Risk & shipping
Items remain your property until received at our studio. We recommend tracked shipping. We are not liable for items lost in transit.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a renewal before dispatch. Once received, items enter our restoration pipeline and cannot be returned.
