These terms govern your use of Savvy Renew™, operated by All Things Savvy Ltd, registered in England & Wales. By creating an account or submitting a renewal you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be 16+ and resident in the United Kingdom. One account per person.
2. Your account
Keep your login secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at hello@atsavvy-renew.com of any suspected breach.
3. The Renewal programme
- Only items originally sold by All Things Savvy and marked renewal-eligible may be returned.
- You confirm items are clean, untreated with prohibited products, and lawfully yours to return.
- Grading is at our reasonable discretion; details are in our Renewal & Credit Terms.
4. Membership & subscriptions
Savvy Renew™ Member subscriptions renew monthly. Cancel any time from your account; benefits continue until period end.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, abuse the credit system, or misrepresent products. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise, our total liability is limited to the value of your most recent renewal credit. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed at least 14 days before taking effect.
8. Governing law
England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
